Know what to expect before you arrive

1. Choose and book your service

Select Massage or Beauty in the online booking form, choose the service and duration, then pick an available time. The current price is shown before you submit your appointment.

Happy Hours pricing remains available for qualifying appointments starting from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The booking form automatically shows the applicable price.

2. Before your appointment

• Review your confirmation details, including service, date and start time.
• Plan to arrive a few minutes early for your first visit.
• For direct billing, bring your insurance information and any documentation required by your plan.
• Tell us about allergies, sensitivities, injuries, pregnancy, medications or health concerns that may affect your service.
• If you need the free pickup or drop-off option, include the complete address while booking.

3. At the studio

Strathcona Wellness is located at 12 Blackfoot Rd, Sherwood Park, on the second floor through the front entrance. Your provider will review your goals and relevant health or skin information before starting.

You are encouraged to ask questions and communicate preferences at any time. For massage, this includes pressure, comfort and areas to avoid. For beauty services, this includes sensitivities and recent treatments.

Direct billing and receipts

Direct billing may be available for eligible massage appointments and insurance plans. Coverage, limits, required referrals and provider eligibility are determined by your insurer. If direct billing is unavailable, ask about the receipt or invoice needed for your claim.
