Website information
Website content is provided for general information and service-selection purposes. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a physician or other qualified professional. Service descriptions explain general goals and experiences; individual results and suitability vary.
Online appointments
When the booking system accepts your selected available time and displays a confirmation message, the appointment is reserved using the details you submitted. You are responsible for checking that your name, contact information, service, date and time are correct.
If you do not receive confirmation or believe the booking failed, contact Strathcona Wellness before travelling to the studio. Do not submit repeated bookings for the same appointment unless asked to do so.
Prices, promotions and payment
The booking form displays the current price associated with the selected service, duration and appointment time. Happy Hours or other eligible discounts are applied by the booking form when the displayed conditions are met. Review the price before submitting.
Direct billing depends on your insurer, plan eligibility, available coverage and required documentation. Insurance coverage is not guaranteed by the website or by submitting a booking.
Health, safety and consent
You are responsible for providing accurate information that may affect the safety or suitability of a service, including relevant injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, sensitivities, medications and recent procedures. A provider may modify, postpone or decline a service when reasonably necessary for safety, professional scope or service suitability.
You may ask questions, request adjustments or withdraw consent at any point during a service.
Changes and cancellations
Appointment changes, late arrival and cancellations are handled under the Cancellation Policy. If Strathcona Wellness must change an appointment, reasonable efforts will be made to contact you using the information submitted with the booking.
Third-party services and acceptable use
The website may link to or use third-party services for maps, availability, email, calendar, payment records or insurance information. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Do not interfere with the website, submit false bookings, attempt unauthorized access, test private credentials or use automated tools to overload the booking system.
